Dineo Garekoe
Dineo Garekoe (Dineo), is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer with the Right of Appearance in the High court. 

Dineo worked at the office of the Chief Justice in 2016 after obtaining her LLB degree. Her duties included but were not limited to doing legal research on certain aspects of the law and compiling opinions for the department. 

In 2017 Dineo was employed by Muller Voigt Attorneys as a candidate attorney mainly in the civil department. Her duties included drafting court documents and opinions, attending to motion and action proceedings in the magistrate’s court, consulting with clients and counsel. In essence, Dineo has vast experience in drafting, preparation for hearings and trial, attending settlement negotiations, researching the law, and the collation of case law and statutory authorities, appearing in court on various matters, including but not limited to civil matters and protection order applications. 

In late 2017 Dineo started attending criminal court matters and gained vast experience in the field. She appeared in both District and Regional Criminal Courts for bail applications, trials, and pleas. 

Pursuant to her admission as an attorney, Dineo was the head of the civil department at AJ Venter and Associates Inc. with a candidate attorney under her, Dineo attended to all civil matters and ensured that they were finalised expeditiously. Dineo allows her clients the necessary flexibility by adapting the practice in order to meet their needs.

Elma Twala
Elma Twala (Elma) is an admitted Attorney and Notary with Right of Appearance in the High Court. 

Elma began her legal career at Spoor & Fisher Attorneys. She gained experience in the intellectual property field, which included prosecution and litigation of trademarks. 

Elma completed her articles at Snyman de Jager Attorneys in Centurion. She worked and gained her experience in the conveyancing and litigation department. Her duties included drafting court documents and opinions, attending to motion and action proceedings in the magistrate’s court, consulting with clients and counsel. She also learned the ins and outs of the Deeds Office and the preparation of bonds and Antenuptial contracts for registration at the deed’s office. 

She then joined AJ Venter and Associates as a practicing attorney. She gained experience in the following fields: drafting of action and motion proceedings, consultations with client and counsel, spoliation applications, eviction applications, divorce proceedings. 

She has a more diverse approach to practice and has furthered herself in the various fields of law.
