There are certain times when there simply is not the luxury of time, and rights need to be protected as a matter of urgency. Our law recognises this, which is why it makes provision for urgent applications. Bringing an urgent application is an extraordinary measure, which is why there are stringent conditions that must be met in order to bring one successfully

To qualify for free legal assistance, a person must comply with a ‘means test’ (a maximum monthly or no income) and have a legal problem with merit.
You will be referred to our office in order for us to you free of charge (pro bono).
However, the client is responsible for the cost of disbursements (actual expenses), such as Sheriffs’ fees.
